The First 90 Days (F90D), is a mix of learning media designed to provide a consistent approach to ensure the successful introduction to Management for all new managers, encouraging you to take greater ownership, accountability and responsibility for your actions.
It will provide you with an oppertunity to build networks and relationships essential for new Managers to encourage co-operation and collaboration. It will increase your knowledge and general business awareness, and it will allow you to use the first 90 days to establish your own profile and to get up to speed quickly.
